After successfully recovering over $10M worth of cryptocurrency at a previous company, Eric realized that the nascent wallet recovery industry was entirely focused on brute-forcing passwords for software wallets when a more sophisticated approach would produce better results for wallet owners.
Unciphered was created as the first company providing services for opening locked hardware cryptocurrency wallets. Unciphered offers a secure chain-of-custody, world-class hardware forensics engineers, with a state of the art in-house lab.
