Terraform Capital, the strategic investment arm of Terra, mandated with expanding the ecosystem by funneling resources into promising community projects that add value to the Terra ecosystem. The fund will initially be seeded with $10 million.

We believe that synergistic cooperation between existing projects and upcoming projects adds value to the decentralized finance ecosystem. By providing free access to launch capital covering audit costs for new networks and projects and a steady pipeline of projects for reputable auditors, we aim to build symbiotic relationships that increase the GDP of the blockchain ecosystem, together.

Our goal is to help founders get to market as quickly and frictionlessly as possible by providing ongoing support and gateway access to the Terra ecosystem.

To be considered, projects must incorporate Terra assets, LUNA, TerraUSD, mAssets, or any of our other interchain stablecoins, in a meaningful way. The Terraform Capital committee will identify the most promising projects on a bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) basis. Selected projects will be provided with the necessary capital to cover audit costs. We will commission a group of auditors, with the goal being to complete the audit within two weeks.

Our cadre of auditors consists of top-notch security experts, such as Quantstamp, Sentnl, Solidified, and Cryptonics. To note, we do not take any allocations of a token prior to launch.
