I am a cross breed between an operational tech executive and a management consultant combining these skillsets to solve complex business problems requiring strategy & execution. This allows my teams and I to hack growth, optimize spend and delight management and investors.
I was very fortunate to acquire an amazing analytical toolkit at McKinsey & Co which I carry everywhere I go. In parallel my work experience in amazing companies and industries has taught me how to be practical and apply theories and concepts into the real life constraints of operational companies.
I have worked for some of the largest companies in their fields, and feel as comfortable at early stage companies, and all size companies in between. I have served as Chief Marketing Officer in a range of industries and managed marketing activities across the entire marketing spectrum. I led massive digital transformation initiatives at Lennar Homes & Stratasys and other companies. I consulted to over 50 companies on strategy, digital marketing, operational improvement, resource optimization and other topics. I am passionate about Blockchain and have consulted to Blockchain companies since 2006.
