Sonya Kim is Chef at Steakhouse Financial, Investor at Progrmd Capital, a specialist crypto investment firm that provides clients with actively managed exposure to liquid tokens. The firm's hands-on approach involves active participation in the invested projects to help support their long-term growth. She also partners with Steakhouse Financial, a crypto-native advisory to some of the largest DAOs and Web3 projects.
Prior to founding Progrmd Capital, Sonya worked at Aberforth Partners and Kiltearn Partners, where she helped manage several billion dollars of institutional client capital in undervalued equities. She began her career as Investment Risk Analyst at Baillie Gifford, a global growth investor notable for its successful implementation of the long-term investment philosophy. Sonya holds a Master of Finance from MIT as well as a BA in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science from NYU. She has passed all three levels of the CFA program.
