Currently, part of the investment team at Kalaari Capital looking closely at B2C startups (Alternate commerce,Health & Wellness, Education, Mobility & Digital Content). Was previously a part of Kalaari's seed initiative Kstart as part of it's fellowship, a 2-year rotational program committed to develop future leaders in the venture capital and entrepreneurial ecosystem. As part of my role I get a deep understanding of how a VC firm works and a worm's eye view on how multiple entrepreneurs go through their journeys in building companies.
Prior to Kstart, I worked as part of the founding team at Hummingbill, a B2B fintech startup assisting the CEO on Sales, Marketing, and Product. I helped the company acquire customers across various verticals and saw its exit to KredX, a leading Indian fin-tech company.
Graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Economics from Purdue University, Indiana. During my time there, I pursued a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, studied abroad in China and Hong Kong and spent a summer at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business as a SIGM participant, understanding the basics of building a technology business.
Other interests include tech entrepreneurship, geo-politics, finance, traveling and playing all kinds of sports.
