Shlomit Azgad-Tromer is Founder and Chief Legal Officer at Sealance.
She was a research associate at the Center on Global Legal Transformation at Columbia Law School. Her research spans corporate and securities law, corporate governance, corporate bankruptcy and financial regulation. Shlomit is the author of several law review articles, and has earned her Ph.D. at Tel Aviv University. Before joining Columbia Law School, Shlomit has served as a corporate attorney in some of Israel’s largest financial transactions. She has also served as a Visiting Scholar at University of California, Berkeley School of Law and as Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School.
