Seung Yoon “SY” Lee is the CEO and Co-founder of Story Protocol. Prior to founding the company, he served as Global Strategy Officer at Kakao Entertainment, a leading Korean entertainment company creating and delivering original content and IPs across formats. SY sold his first venture, Radish, the mobile serialized fiction app with millions of downloads across the globe, to Kakao Entertainment for $440M in 2021. The serial entrepreneur is also a venture partner at Hashed, an Asia Society’s Asia 21 Young Leader, and Trilateral Commission’s David Rockefeller Fellow. He was an inaugural member of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2016 and was subsequently named as one of its All Star alumni. Lee was elected as the first Asian President of the Oxford Union, world’s famous debating society, during his study at Oxford.
