Ryan Wyatt is Chief Growth Officer at Optimism Unlimited, Venture Partner at BITKRAFT Ventures. Formerly, President at Polygon Labs, Head of Gaming at YouTube. He joined YouTube in 2014 and would be with YouTube until the end of February, 2022.

Wyatt has also been recognized for his work by Business Insider as one of the "Top Stars Leading Google's Entertainment Empire" and "The 33 insiders who wield the most power at YouTube". 

A highly experienced executive, managing large global teams that span numerous countries within North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Wyatt is well versed in international business with time spent in over 35+ countries and leading a global team. 

As a former Google exec for over seven years, Wyatt established relationships with a wide swath of the most prominent Influencers in the industry, in both Gaming and Entertainment, and the most prominent executives in the Gaming Publisher ecosystem. Responsible for negotiating a variety of complex agreements across Google, including Creator acquisitions, Esports Leagues, and Publisher partnerships. Lead for Gaming on all cross-functional programs by collaborating closely with executives across Product and Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Strategy, and PR/Comms.

Now the CEO of Polygon Studios, Wyatt is tasked with leading the largest developer platform in the world for web3 and blockchain development. Polygon Studio's mission is to help developers and brands connect and leverage Polygon's world-class infrastructure and assist in building on Ethereum. The Studios team is responsible for business development, tech integration, partnerships, strategy, investments, marketing, and more, striving to be the face of Polygon Technology's world-class infrastructure.
