Robert Breedlove is Founder & CEO at Parallax Digital; an event-driven hedge fund and digital securities consultancy. Freedom Maximalist.

Robert is a digitally fluent finance and operations executive (CEO/CFO/COO/CIO) with broad spectrum leadership experience across the enterprise tech, consumer tech, corporate finance, international M&A, tax strategy, wealth management, Bitcoin and cryptoasset domains.

Robert is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Parallax Digital, a professional services firm specializing in digital asset investment management and consulting for the emerging digital securities space. The company is founded on the premise that Bitcoin will radically reshape the global economy. The name Parallax Digital is reflective of the new possibilities enabled by the emerging digital economy and its transformative underlying technologies.

Prior to Parallax Digital, Robert was the Chief Financial Officer (and, later, executive-in-charge) at SkyWire, a provider of enterprise-grade technology solutions focused on the global hospitality industry. In his role as CFO Robert oversaw international M&A activities, corporate finance, software development ops and legal functions. Prior to SkyWire, Robert was the CFO of Xpert Exposition Services, a specialty-construction firm providing general contracting services to trade show, conference and corporate event organizers. As an exemplary leader, he was instrumental in all facets of both firms, contributing to the meteoric growth enjoyed during each of his tenures as CFO.

Robert began his career as a licensed CPA at LBMC, a professional services firm specializing in tax, audit, general accounting and technology consulting. As an entrepreneurial services consultant, Robert helped high-net-worth individual, investment partnership and enterprise clients craft and execute economically critical tax strategies.

He holds a B.S. in Accounting/Finance and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business.
