Resolute Capital Partners (“RCP”), based in Nashville, TN, provides subordinated debt and equity capital to companies in the lower middle-market throughout the United States. We are currently making new investments out of Resolute Capital Partners Fund IV, L.P., a recently formed $321 million fund that was licensed as a Small Business Investment Company (“SBIC”) in 2018.

Resolute Capital Partners seeks to identify lower middle-market companies with compelling characteristics including, but not limited to, strong, defensible market positions, sustainable cash flows with an outlook for growth and best-in-class management teams. We typically invest $3-$25 million in the form of subordinated debt and equity to support later-stage growth, management buyouts, strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Collectively, our team has decades of experience investing across many industries and through various economic cycles. This experience aids in the investment evaluation process and provides the expertise necessary to offer strategic and tactical support to the companies in which we invest. As a private investment partnership, RCP is focused on the long-term success of our portfolio companies and the realization of profits for our investors.

We continue to support existing portfolio companies of Resolute Capital Partners Fund III, L.P., also an SBIC, in which we have invested approximately $274 million across 37 portfolio companies.
