Oleg Golubov is Managing Director, COO, and General Counsel of CoinFund. Oleg applies his legal, technical, and entrepreneurial experience to all of CoinFund's endeavors with a focus on investments and compliance. Prior to CoinFund, his diverse practice ranged from private equity transactions at Kirkland & Ellis to advising early stage tech companies. Oleg worked as a software engineer at Computer Associates before his legal career and has continued to program as a start-up founder. He holds a law degree from NYU School of Law and a degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University.
