liquidity is sourced from the minting of mirage assets - users deposit high quality collateral and receive a synthetic asset in return. the first mirage asset is the stablecoin mUSD, which can be swapped for other tokens or used within the mirage ecosystem. for example, mUSD serves as margin on the perps DEX.
