Historically, price discovery has been a result of observing trading activity. This contributed to a need for centralized exchange because the two processes were tightly coupled. We are attempting to change that by building a global network based on decentralized blockchain technology and the concept of Schelling points that provides real-time price discovery without trading or settling into the underlying asset.
