Matt Dibb is Crypto asset manager at Astronaut Capital, researcher with Picolo Research.

Matthew is a capital markets professional with an extensive history in seed stage investment, venture capital, small cap analysis and corporate advisory. Matthew's career began in Macquarie Bank, one of Australias leading investment banks, primarily as a fixed income and structured products specialist. He then spent over five years in various capacities trading in derivatives, commodities foreign exchange. At this time, he was accredited as one of the youngest people in Australia to obtain their Accredited Derivatives license. In 2012, Matthew joined Wise-owl as the Managing Director, a small-cap analysis firm in Australia focused on emerging company IPOs for the ASX and SGX. Wise-owl is the preferred research house for small and mid-capitalization securities, distributed through major banks, Bloomberg and Reuters. Matthew then joined an Asia focused boutique investment bank, Incipient Capital where he was the lead advisor for technology-focused private equity deals, IPO's and venture development. In 2016 Matthew started a private consultancy firm for the creation of blockchain focused research reports to HNW investors. At the beginning of 2017, this research business transformed into Picolo Research, a public ratings and research house used by over 10,000 subscribers. Matthew is the CEO and Founder of Astronaut Capital, an asset management platform focused on closing the inefficiencies of ICO related investment.​
