I love scaling things with good people. I've worn multiple hats in media, startups, investments, and web3. Currently heading marketing at Octant.

In my free time, I research grants in crypto/web3. My research and grants reports have helped bring clarity into grants programs and protocols. I co-authored the first two in-depth study about grants in web3 with MetaGov, and have written several case studies on quadratic funding use cases. I was part of Ethereum Foundation's inaugural Summer of Protocols cohort.

Prior to that, I started Milestone Ventures, a consultancy specializing in community building, audience building and helping projects grow from one milestone to the next. Our programs include entrepreneurship programs, media bootcamps, and community building programs for clients.

In 2020, I co-founded a business accelerator (60 Day Startups) taking women founders from early stage to revenue in 60 days. 

Next, I built a femcare startup removing the stigma around women's health with Venture Builder hatch&boost.
