Martin El-Khouri is heading B3-THE HUB at Bertelsmann Investments. THE HUB was founded 2023 and is the central point of contact for Web3 activities at Bertelsmann Investments (BI) and beyond. Serving as an interface between the start-up world and Bertelsmann's business units, THE HUB aims to drive the structural transformation of digital business models towards Web3. BI has already invested more than 40 million euros in Web3-related business models and has collaborated on numerous projects within the Bertelsmann Group. Through its initiatives, THE HUB is intended to create significant strategic value for the Group. 

He is passionate about all things blockchain, crypto and Web3, innovations coming out of MENA, and international relations / geopolitics.

Martin is a co-founder of IPS Germany, a German medical tourism provider, and has previously worked as a political consultant and news reporter. Martin has an academic background in political economy and is a member of the Global Diplomatic Forum, where he heads the Good Governance Partnership initiative. He has recently been selected as a member of Rotary and hosts the Good Governance Partnership Podcast.
