I started developing video games at age 11 as a hobby and went just a little overboard with it… before I left high school some 3 million people played something I worked on. Today I use know-how and technology from the games industry to build videogames with whole new business models and to help companies and business leaders to solve some of their biggest challenges and create new opportunities.

As Founder & Chairman at Knowingo I'm working with an amazing team to deliver measurable learning results for a wide range of companies using self-learning AI and gamification to help employees learn any time, any place, in just minutes per day. We’ve worked with companies like Symantec, Rentokil, G4S, Elsevier and Rabobank.

As Founder & Executive Producer at Bright Star Studios I'm helping to build the videogame of the future, an amazingly accessible MMORPG that you can jump into by simply clicking a link and actually lets the players share in the success and ownership of the game thanks to the blockchain.

Next to my entrepreneurial adventures I teach Digital Transformation at Nyenrode University and Business Transformation at TIAS Business School, regularly appear as a keynote speaker and provide advice to CXO’s and Boards helping them to harness new technologies and turn challenges into opportunities.

I'm also involved in a number of other cool ventures, which stretch from the Gaming Industry to HR and Academics, mostly using technology to solve major challenges and create interesting new possibilities.
