Jsgenesis builds the Joystream platform, an  open source, blockchain based video platform, which will be governed and operated by its users.

We come from different continents, but share a passion for open source, blockchain technology, distributed systems, privacy and building a new internet based on accountable and forkable institutions.

We are a small, but fast growing team looking to create an accountable alternative for users through an on-chain governance model. After building an open sourced, working product and community, we intend to withdraw entirely from the project, and give complete power over the platform to the community.
