Joseph Eagan is Co-Founder of Anagram. Formerly, he was the President of Polychain Capital, managing all the non-investment related activity. 

He was previously the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development for Tiger Legatus, a long/short equity hedge fund. From 2008 to 2014 Joe was a Principal at Investcorp working within the Hedge Fund Group’s business development team, focusing primarily on Investcorp’s seeding business. 

Prior to joining Investcorp, Joe managed risk arbitrage and special situations portfolios at Amber Capital and Naufal Capital, both event driven hedge funds. Joe began his career at Bank of America in the media and telecom investment banking division, where he worked on M&A transactions and related debt and equity financings. 

Joe holds a BA in political science from Georgetown University, Washington DC.
