Elysia provides the latest technology to bridge the gap between traditional real estate participants and global investors.

Elysia Protocol is an RWA (Real World Asset) project that tokenizes real assets to expand the "traditional financial market" into the "crypto financial market". The Elysia Protocol was launched in 2017 and has tokenized various real-world assets such as real estate and bonds (MBS, receivables, and government bonds).

The crypto financial market is developing independently of the traditional financial market and expanding its market, especially in recent years. Like the traditional financial market, the crypto financial market is also building its own ecosystem for creating, trading, storing, and using assets, and all service areas that exist in the traditional financial market are being implemented for the crypto financial market.

For real-world assets to be used in crypto financial markets, they need to be tokenized. This requires tools for tokenization, as well as standards that clearly define the overall rules for tokenization methods, participant roles, and participant rewards. The Elysia Protocol provides the tools and standards needed to tokenize real-world assets, which is a cornerstone for new financial markets.

While crypto financial markets are revolutionizing traditional financial markets, there are also concerns about various risks, such as technical imperfections and lack of organization. For RWA based on real assets to be valued and effectively utilized, its logical structure must be consistent and valid, while legal risks must be carefully considered. In particular, technical issues that may arise in the process of linking blockchain and real assets, such as oracle issues, and key decision-making and compensation systems need to be more elaborately organized.

The Elysia Protocol is focused on upgrading the form of contracts so that RWA accurately reflects the value of assets. We are also working on designing a logical structure to record contracts in the real world on the blockchain network, and to enable rapid decision-making through decentralized governance on and offline. In addition, we have established a DAO LLC in Wyoming, USA, so that RWA based on real assets can be legally recognized and protected.
