Dhawal Shah, CFE joined the Franchising Association of India in February 2004, a non-profit organization committed to the cause of promoting FRANCHISING as a way of doing business in India.

He has contributed articles for Images Retail, Franchising Focus, RetailBiz, Times of India and several other publications. Franchising is indeed a vast growing field, at FAI, along with the FAI Team, he has organized and conducted various seminars, conferences and led many overseas delegations as well as India bound delegations.

Back in 2008, Dhawal as a tech-entrepreneur, co-founded Way2Franchise.com, a premier portal on Indian Franchising. Way2Franchise has consulted more than 55 Plus brands and has advised companies on market entry strategies and so on. Way2Franchise broking division has successfully completed more than 290+ franchise transactions. Way2Franchise is actively promoted on social media and prides itself on not having any ad spends.

He has completed his Certified Franchise Executive Course in 2009 from International Franchise Association, Washington DC. He later joined Quiznos Global, helping them enter several new markets, strengthening their marketing, operations and brand presence.
