Deeps de Silva is Founder at Samadhi Ventures. He is a seasoned technology professional with a career spanning roles at Meta, Dropbox, Salesforce, and Microsoft. Deeps is now focused on helping companies grow through his ventures company Samadhi Ventures. He is focused on supporting and growing his portfolio companies, as well as advising companies on their business strategies. He is also deeply involved in the web3 and AI space, working with startups who are solving real-world problems using innovative tech. He is a member of several web3 DAOs, including FWB, Chainforestxyz, and ARC. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to one of Southeast Asia’s top VC firm’s, AC Ventures, and is an advisor to Artichoke Capital.

Prior to his move into venture, he was the Head of Global Programs at Meta, where he launched programs for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp across APAC and the globe. Prior to that, Deeps was one of the first employees at Dropbox in APAC, where he played a key role in expanding the company's presence in the region by driving growth and setting up operations in ANZ, Japan, and Asia. He is passionate about building teams, driving user growth, storytelling, and mindfulness.
