David Chreng-Messembourg is Founding Partner, Blockchain/Digital Assets VC investor at LeadBlock Partners.

He is one of the founding partners of LeadBlock Partners, and focuses on deals within FinTech, and Digital Assets. David is passionate about how blockchain technology can unlock new business models and create new market dynamics. He first learned about Blockchain technology a decade ago when he worked on his research project, investigating DNA using quantum mechanics and computational techniques. Prior to the fund, David was an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs, covering the Commodities and Energy sector, and providing investment insights and ideas to global fund managers.

David holds a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College London (UK), with a major in quantum mechanics and computational chemistry, and a MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School (France). He speaks French, English and Cambodian fluently.
