He has invested and/or advised nearly 100 early stage venture backed startups including Clubhouse (Seed co-lead), CircleCI (Series A lead), ixLayer (pre-seed), Tremendous (only outside investor), and Udemy (advisor pre-incorporation).
Prior to becoming an investor Bubba helped Facebook pivot to mobile, built product teams at Microsoft, started two non-profits, and founded four startups. Across those roles he did hundreds of millions of dollars of strategic deals, was awarded multiple patents for his innovations, and built products used by more than a billion people.
