Brian is the former CFO of OpenSea and Lyft. At OpenSea, he started as the 1st finance employee. He hired a team, implemented key systems, raised capital and helped close two strategic acquisitions. Previously, he was Lyft's first CFO and helped scale its business, raise $7 billion of capital including its IPO, and reach Adjusted EBITDA profitability. Brian’s experience spans over 30 years, including corporate officer roles at Microsoft and Walmart. He also spent over a dozen years as an M&A investment banker, most recently as Senior Managing Director at Evercore Inc.
