Ansem, or @blknoiz06, is the fastest-growing influencer on Crypto Twitter. He has blown up in popularity thanks to his divergent views and bullishness toward Solana after the collapse of the FTX exchange and SOL’s subsequent drop to $8. Ansem advocated that the user experience of parallelized monolithic blockchains like Solana was superior to that of the fractured and modular Ethereum ecosystem.

This thesis held correct, with Solana propelling from its lows to $200 on the back of a boon in onchain trading thanks to the meme coin craze. Ansem played a significant role in this too, and was an early proponent of Dogwifhat (WIF), making over 1,000x on the trade for him and some of his early followers. A testament to his influence in the ecosystem was the launch of Ansem’s Cat (HOBBES), a meme coin reaching nearly $100 million in value within a day.

Ansem has been an influential presence in the crypto space starting from the 2021 cycle, blending his computer science knowledge with a strong interest in gaming, such as World of Warcraft. His prominence partly grew from supporting DeFi Kingdoms (DFK), a game on the Harmony blockchain that blends gaming with decentralized finance (DeFi).
