Fetch.ai, SingularityNET and Ocean Protocol announced on March 27, 2024, that they have entered into a definitive agreement to merge their utility tokens, creating the largest open-source, independent player in AI research and development. The tokens from the three respective organizations will all merge to form one unified token and be renamed Artificial Superintelligence ($ASI) soon after transaction close.
This partnership is contingent upon approval from the Fetch and SingularityNET communities. $FET and $AGIX token holders will have the opportunity to vote on this proposed token merger. Voting results will be published shortly after.
