Anand Khubani is CEO and Founder of IdeaVillage Products Corp. Recognized as a leading innovator and marketer of consumer brands, I revolutionized the way products are launched using direct-to-consumer marketing driving exponential retail sales. Since founding IdeaVillage in 1999, the Company has become a prominent CPG innovator, with its products placed in 120,000 retail locations across six continents. The Company is proudly led by a diverse executive team, with 75% women and 35% minorities.
My expertise in identifying the next big thing is evident by the creation of several successful brands, including Copper Fit, Finishing Touch Flawless, Micro Touch, HD Vision, Yoshi and Snackeez. In 2023, we acquired the Nautilus Fitness Brand. Once a small family business, the Company has grown to over $1 billion in retail sales. This great success story has led to IdeaVillage being a Case Study written and taught at Harvard Business School.
In 2017, IdeaVillage launched Flawless Beauty and engaged celebrities such as Halle Berry, Ashley Graham, Dove Cameron, and Amelia Gray Hamlin. In just 18 months, Flawless skyrocketed to become the number one female hair removal brand globally. In May 2019, Church & Dwight (NYSE: CHD) acquired the Finishing Touch Flawless Brand.
I am active in numerous charitable efforts. In 2018, I received the Lotus Award from Children’s Hope India, leading to millions of dollars of charitable contributions.
As a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, I am proud to partner with NYU’s Stern School of Business to launch the Anand Khubani Business, Technology, and Entrepreneurship Program (Khubani BTE). This STEM-certified, four-year undergraduate degree program is the first of its kind to seamlessly integrate business, technology, and entrepreneurship, and will annually support up to 40 scholarships across all four years of the program, benefitting hundreds of students for years to come.
