Amit Mehra is Partner at Borderless Capital, managing investments in Web3 startups. Prior to Borderless, Amit was Founding Principal at Unicorn India Ventures and Advisor at Woodstock Fund. He brings nuanced understanding of equity and token investments, token design, tokenomics, equity v/s token value capture and decade plus rich experience in the entire investment cycle, including board positions in several portfolio companies. He is also an angel investor in several promising global Web3 startups as well as LP in several Web3 funds including Shima Capital, Blockchain Founders Fund, Woodstock among others.

Complementing Amit's transactional skills is his ability to help portfolio companies scale and deep relationships with capital markets and other tier-1 crypto VC funds. An MBA from Duke University with exchange at London School of Economics (LSE), Amit also holds the CFA charter. He has lived extensively across Americas, Europe, Hong Kong and enjoys supporting the ‘Blue Devils’ basketball team.
