Alex Chiocchi is Advisor, Product Incubator, Angel Investor. Formerly, Chief Product Officer at Pagoda, Office of the Founders, Incubation at NEAR Protocol, Vice President of Product Management at 
Kraken.

I enjoy digging into customer problems and solving them with a balance of design and engineering thinking. I understand how to build products from 0 to 1 and 1 to n. To accomplish this I focus on building closely connected teams and quickly adapting to insights.

Throughout my career at LinkedIn, Microsoft, and as a startup Cofounder I have thrived in product leadership roles. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following:

- I am sharply focused on utility. I’m constantly asking, “How do we take our superpowers and turn them into a 10x value exchange for a customer?” This is how we arrived at our most used and valuable version of Kettle. 

- I know how to manage cohesive B2C2B ecosystems. I have built connected products across: web, mobile (iOS/Android/mobile web), APIs, analytics, and desktop.

- I build strong relationships. I led roadmap planning for a 70+ person R&D organization and 600+ professional service personnel with OKRs, and I launched a developer platform at LinkedIn with 30+ corporate partners. 

- I have an intuition for monetization. I conducted the first Global Fortune 500 paid product analysis at LinkedIn, I created new mobile paid acquisition flows, and I worked on startup acquisitions that helped Sales Navigator more than double its subscription price and 10x revenue in 4 years.
