Albert Chen is currently the Co-Founder and CEO/CTO of Genopets, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at masklab starting in April 2020. From March 2011 to present, they have been the Founder and Chief Consultant of Cocoon Worldwide. Albert was also a Co-Founder and CEO of GeneOS from December 2018 to August 2020. Furthermore, they served as the Chief Architect at Arcana from April 2018 to August 2019. Previously, they founded and served as the CEO of UM! Brands from May 2011 to December 2016. Albert also worked as the Chief Information Officer at 3i Corporation from September 2013 to November 2016 and as a Marketing Executive from January 2010 to September 2013. Their past roles include Webmaster at Lambda Phi Epsilon - Xi Chapter from April 2006 to April 2010, Database Engineer at the University of Michigan Women's Hospital from April 2008 to December 2009, and Creative Intern at DDB Worldwide Communications Group from June 2008 to August 2008.
Albert Chen attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their studies included a combination of subjects such as Economics, Screen Arts & Culture, and Computer Science.
