Alan Tan was formerly the CEO and co-founder of Shanda Games, one of China's largest game companies, has a prolific track record in the gaming industry. He spearheaded the creation and operation of iconic IP products like The Legend of MIR, which enjoyed a successful 20-year run, as well as hit games such as Dragon Nest and Aion: The Tower of Eternity.

After his tenure at Shanda Games, Alan Tan went on to establish Fenghou Capital, a leading early-stage fund in China, where he made substantial investments across the entire gaming industry chain. This included partnerships with numerous gaming enterprises, such as ThinkingData Tech, which boasts thousands of global product clients, as well as ALCHEMY, a key artistic and creative partner to Tencent and Ubisoft, and 91ACT, a prominent player in China's second-dimensional gaming sector.

With an extensive network of partners and collaborators in the global gaming industry, Alan Tan has now shifted his focus entirely to Web3, leveraging MetaCene as a springboard. His vision is to create and empower a new gaming ecosystem that embraces the potential of blockchain technology.
