75 & Sunny is comprised of 75 & Sunny Ventures and 75 & Sunny Labs. Ventures invests in 20-30 startups per year in spaces like proptech, eCommerce, the creator economy, fintech, and the future of work. We especially love to back Los Angeles based teams, but we’re happy to partner with visionary entrepreneurs all over the world. We invest in all stages but spend the majority of our time working with early stage teams. 

On the Labs side, we start 2-3 companies per year by partnering with great founders.

In 2020, 75 & Sunny Ventures invested in 39 companies, 25 of which are based in Los Angeles. Meanwhile 75 & Sunny Labs launched two startups: dot.LA and Pacaso. In 2021, 75 & Sunny Ventures is on track to invest in more than 25 startups, and 75 & Sunny Labs will launch two new companies. 

Founder and General Partner Spencer Rascoff —  who co-founded Zillow, Hotwire, dot.LA, Pacaso, and Supernova and who served as Zillow's CEO for a decade — started 75 & Sunny to support and mentor startups and their leaders in LA and beyond. 

Our team provides 75 & Sunny companies with a broad range of support, including leadership coaching; marketing and PR advice; brand amplification; product strategy; recruiting; access to our broad network of partners that include top venture capital and private equity firms; overall mentorship; and help with subsequent fundraising. Spencer is an investor in over 55 venture capital funds, many of which use 75 & Sunny to find high quality founders and companies to invest in later on.

We are committed to including a diverse set of founders and companies in the 75 & Sunny ecosystem and actively seek out companies with founding teams from underrepresented groups.
